How can I control the email notifications I receive from Preciate?

You can personalize the type of email notifications you receive from Preciate in your account settings.

Preciate sends transactional emails based on a variety of triggers including recognitions received, connections made, and more. When you sign up, the default for these email notifications is "On."

However, you can turn off some or all of these emails by toggling them off on your account settings page.

Navigate to your settings by clicking your profile icon in the upper right corner of the web app. Then, select "My Settings."

From here, scroll down to find the email notification section.

Toggle the switch off if you would prefer to stop receiving that type of email notification from us. The email types you can control are as follows:

  • Recognitions received
  • Validation requests
  • Validations received
  • Likes received
  • Weekly network activity
  • Connections requested
  • Connections made
  • Recognitions thanked
  • Items pending
  • Recognitions validated

Marketing and Sales Emails

In addition to the transactional emails sent by the Preciate system, we send marketing and sales emails to current and prospective users in our contact database. If you would like to unsubscribe to some or all of these emails, go to the footer at the bottom of one of our emails and click "Unsubscribe."

You will then be sent to a webpage where you can choose to unsubscribe from some or all of our email subscriptions.
