As company Admin, you have control over certain elements of your company's Portrait. This article goes over those controls.
If you claimed the administration role or are an assigned company Admin, navigate to the admin portal by clicking your profile icon in the upper right corner of preciate.org and selecting "Your Company Name Admin."
Then, go to the Portrait page of the admin portal menu to access company Portrait settings.
Add a cover photo and logo
To add a cover photo, click the area that says "Click here to add cover photo."
Once you've selected a file from your computer, it will crop the image to fit in the cover photo area of your company Portrait. Click "Done" when you're happy with it.
If you want to create an image that fits the dimensions exactly, the cover photo is 973 x 200 pixels.
To add a logo, click the area that says "Click here to add a logo." Once you've selected your logo, you have the choice between a square crop and a rectangular crop. The right choice depends on the size and shape of your company logo. Click "Done" when you're happy with it.
The square crop uses a 1:1 ratio and resizes images to 400 x 400 pixels. The rectangular crop uses a 130:50 ratio and resizes images to 500 pixels in width.
Add a description
The company description is your opportunity to say whatever you want about your company and its culture. Type out your description, and make sure to hit "Save" when you're ready for it to go up on the company Portrait.
Manage privacy settings
The final panel of Portrait controls has to do with privacy.
The toggle determines whether the company Portrait is public or private. A public Portrait assembles recognitions sent within your company into a web-page that is searchable by those looking for information about your company culture. This is especially beneficial for those who have had a bit of time to build out their Portraits with recognition. Company Portraits always default to private, so it's up to you if and when you make it public by turning on this toggle.
For companies who want a public Portrait but also want to be sure no sensitive information ends up on it, Admins can use the Post Delay feature. This feature allows you to review recognitions before they are posted to the public Portrait. Set the Post Delay for anywhere from 1-30 days.
