What reports are available with a Preciate subscription?

With a Preciate subscription, your company can get insights into key metrics with reports including company leaderboards, individual recognition activity, core value tracking, and user management.

Leaderboard

Leaderboard reports show you the top givers and top receivers of recognition at your company. In addition, this page gives a breakdown of the number of recognitions by badge and recognitions given over time.

Leaderboards can be used to drive internal rewards programs.

Individual Activity

Individual activity reports allow you to see how a single employee is interacting with the Preciate system. Start by searching the name of the employee you want to look at, and click their name when it comes up.

From there, you can see all the recognitions that employee gave and received in your chosen time frame. The data is broken down by badge type and associated recognition content.

These reports are a good way to get a sense for important metrics like employee engagement and retention.

Core Values

The core values reports give insight into the distribution of core value stickers throughout your company's Preciate members and their recognitions. This includes a breakdown of core value stickers given and received by members of your company.

To get more granular data, click on the cell with the value you want to focus on or exclude. In the example below, the core value name "Good Fire" is being focused on, which filters out all other core value stickers from the table.

User Management

User management reports give you a sense of company participation in the employee recognition program. You can see a list of registered employees (those who have signed up) and unregistered employees (those who have been invited but did not sign up). In addition, you get a graph of sign ups over time and a pie chart that depicts the ratio of registered to unregistered employees.
