Why can't I hear the music in a Preciate Room?

VPNs, Network Firewalls, and strict Anti-virus software can sometimes prevent Preciate Social from working.

Although uncommon, it is possible that Preciate can be negatively affected by VPNs, network firewalls, and strict Anti-virus software. If you are unable to hear the background music every time you join a Preciate Room, it is likely that one of the items above is blocking the music from playing in your browser. Please check with your company's IT department and request that our domain preciate.com be whitelisted. If that still does not resolve your issue, please reach out to support@preciate.com.
